Owned Asset Financial Information Report
The Owned Asset Financial Information Report includes financial information for all the owned assets in your account. The financial information in this report includes billable information, purchase information, sale information, loan information, insurance information, and forecasted information. The data in this report can be sorted, filtered, customized, and exported. This report is beneficial for understanding the financial lifecycle of your owned assets
Note: Assets that are listed as "consumable" will not be listed in this report.
Permissions
The Asset Financial Information permission must be turned ON.
How to View Report

- Click "Reports" at the top toolbar in Tenna.

- Click the "Financial" tab from the dropdown.

- Select "Owned Asset Financial Information" from the list.
Note: Users can also navigate to this report by clicking "Reports" on the left-hand toolbar. Scroll down to the "Financial" tab and click the "eye" icon on the Owned Asset Financial Report.
Report Overview
Fleet No.: The fleet number the asset belongs to.
Major Category: The equipment category the asset belongs to. This column can also be expanded to view subcategory fields.
Billable Details: Whether the asset is Billable or Not Billable.
Billing Type: The billing types are either Project, Office, or Yard.
Purchase Price: Price at which the asset was purchased.
Date Purchased: The date the asset was purchased.
Lender/Leaser: The institution the loan was taken from to purchase the asset (if applicable).
Term (In Months): The loan term in months.
Sale Asking Price: The initial asking price for the asset.
Sale Price: The price the asset was sold for.
Insurance Start Date: Date the insurance coverage began for the asset.
Insurance Expiration Date: Date when the asset’s insurance expires.
Forecasted Hours at Sale: The forecasted number of total hours the asset will have at sale/disposal.
Forecasted Miles at Sale: The forecasted number of total miles the asset will have at sale/disposal.
Forecasted Net Miles Owned: The forecasted miles at sale minus the miles at purchase.
Forecasted Net Hours Owned: Forecasted hours at sale minus hours at purchase.
Target Work Hours per Month: Expected work hours per month for the asset.
Actions: Click on the eye icon for each asset to navigate to the asset details page.
