How to View Project Utilization Views Report (Desktop)

Project Utilization Views allows users to view and analyze project utilization data for their assets. This report provides key insights into how your assets are being utilized on specific project sites, helping you make informed business decisions. You can sort and filter this list and expand and collapse each project to focus on utilization for one site.  

Permissions

Any user can access this report regardless of permissions.

How to View Report

Click "Reports" at the top toolbar in Tenna.

Click the "Performance" tab from the dropdown.

Select "Project Utilization Views Report" from the list.

Note: Users can also navigate to this report by clicking "Utilization" on the left-hand toolbar. Select the "Project Utilization Views" tile to view the report.

At the top of the page, users can select the timeframe in which to view the report. Select “Daily”, “Weekly”, “Monthly”, “Quarterly”, or “Yearly”. When selecting these tabs, the date range will populate according to the timeframe chosen. 

Each site can be expanded or collapsed to view the utilization of each site more easily. 

Fleet No.: The fleet number the asset belongs to.

Asset Name: The name of the asset.

Major Category: The category the asset belongs to like "Heavy Equipment" or "Light Trucks/Vehicles". This column can also be expanded to view subcategory fields.

Designation: Whether the asset is owned or rented.

Status: Whether the asset is in use or available.

Specific Date Range: These columns are dynamic and reflect the tab selected a the top of the report (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly). The tab that is select will display date ranges that pertain to that period of time; for example, if weekly is selected, then the columns will reflect 7-day periods of time.
