TennAInsights Overview

TennAInsights is a set of AI-powered capabilities within the Tenna platform that helps you quickly understand your equipment, assets, and operations so you can make better decisions with less manual analysis.

  • Summarize large volumes of asset and utilization data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Surface anomalies, patterns, and trends that would be hard to spot manually.
  • Answer natural-language questions about your fleet, jobs, and usage directly in Tenna.
  • Get proactive recommendations to improve utilization, reduce idle time, and control costs.

Important! Currently, TennaAInsights reads your account’s report data to quickly answer your important questions. TennaAInsights does not answer questions about Tenna platform functionality (i.e., How do I create a work order? Which permission is needed to create a request?). To learn more about system functionality, click "Help" in the top right corner of Tenna.

Who benefits from TennAInsights?

  • Operations leaders who need a clear summary of fleet performance and job readiness.
  • Equipment managers who want to optimize allocation, reduce downtime, and right-size inventory.
  • Project managers who need quick answers about asset availability and utilization for active and upcoming work.
  • Finance and cost control teams who care about ownership, rental, and operating cost efficiency.

Key Capabilities

  • Quickly understand current fleet performance: Use AI-generated summaries on key fleet or project views to see what changed, what is trending, and where to focus.
  • Spot issues before they impact jobs: Let AI Insights surface unusual activity, underutilized assets, or unexpected moves so you can act early.
  • Find the right equipment faster: Ask natural-language questions (for example, about available machines that meet certain criteria) instead of manually filtering and sorting lists.
  • Support planning and right-sizing: Use insights about utilization, demand patterns, and idle time to inform buy, sell, and rent decisions.
