Reports Overview

The reports in Tenna provide users valuable insights and information about their assets. Reports allow users to review and analyze data related to asset activities, such as travel summary, location history, and idling. These reports help users verify asset performance, identify areas for cost reduction, and make informed decisions based on patterns and trends.

Permissions

The ability to view each report varies depending on permission level. To understand the permissions for each report, click on the link for the specific article and view the permissions for the report.

Reports can be accessed from the Reports option on the left navigation bar, or from the Top Navigation drop down. Some reports can be accessed via grid data on various pages throughout Tenna (i.e., Utilization, Maintenance, etc.).

All users can run reports associated with their Permission levels.

For example, if a user does not have permission to see financial information, they will not be able to run financial reports. Additionally, if Data Access Control is enabled, users will be restricted to seeing only the assets they have access to in certain reports.

Reports are also only accessible depending on the licenses purchased through Tenna.
