User Permissions Report

The purpose of the User Permissions report is to allow you to view which permissions have been turned on or off for each of your users.

Permission Requirements: Users with the "Contacts" permission have the ability to view the User Permissions report.

Click "Reports" on the navigation menu on the left side of the screen.

Scroll down and click on "User Permissions" under the Settings section.

The User Permissions Report will be displayed and will show a list of all users and which permissions are turned on or off for each of them.

  • Use the search bar on the top left of the screen to search for a specific user.
  • Click on "User Details" on the top left below the search bar to view email, mobile phone, title, and organization of the users.
  • Click on the arrow to the left of a user to view which permission code(s) and permission group(s) they are assigned to. For additional information on Permissions, see Permissions Overview.
    • Click on the permission code or group to be brought to the Permissions page for that specific code or group.
  • Use the icons on the top right of the screen to customize your view and export the report. For additional information on this see How to Run, View, Filter, Sort, Save and Export Reports (Desktop).
