B2W Integration Instructions & Requirements

Tenna’s integration with B2W ensures that Tenna’s fleet data, including fuel consumption and DTC codes, are available to B2W users. Tenna connects via AEMP to B2W’s Maintain product for preventative maintenance, streamlined equipment management, and data-driven insights. Your team can make informed decisions with accurate data, and customize options to fit your business model.

Enter Equipment ONCE

Enter a new piece of equipment in Tenna and it will automatically show up in the other software platform. Ensure that assets tracked by Tenna are available in B2W for easier and more efficient management.

View Fuel Consumption ALWAYS

Share Tenna’s calculation of cumulative fuel used to B2W for accurate analysis of equipment use and productivity on job sites.

Receive DTC alert information from Tenna to properly diagnose and schedule maintenance for key assets.

The following data points are supported when available from the asset:

  • Make
  • Model
  • Fleet number
  • Serial number
  • VIN or PIN
  • Install certification decision date and time
  • Longitude
  • Latitude
  • Altitude
  • Total operating hours
  • Odometer
  • Total fuel used

Integration Setup instructions

NOTE: You must have a Power User identified and set up with a Tenna account to complete the following. If you are unsure who is a Power User in your organization please contact Tenna Customer Success at 888.836.6269. To add a new Power User or modify an existing user, see How to Create Users and Contacts (Desktop).

Log in to B2W and click "Get Add-in".

Install "AEMP v2", the required add-in app.

  • If you already have AEMP v2, you can install it a second time.
  • If you already have two AEMP v2 add-ins installed, contact B2W Support so they can add a third copy for you.

Contact B2W Support once the add-in is installed.

B2W Customer Support will assist you with configuring the integration with Tenna.

NOTE: You need the following to complete the integration:

  1. Tenna API URL: https://app.tenna.com/api/aemp/
  2. Tenna Power User Credentials: Username and Password

Your asset information will now begin to flow into B2W.

The following data points are supported when available from the asset:

  • Make
  • Model
  • Fleet number
  • Serial number
  • VIN or PIN
  • Install certification decision date and time
  • Longitude / Latitude
  • Altitude
  • Total operating hours
  • Odometer
  • Total fuel used
