How to View and Acknowledge AEMP Fault Codes (Desktop)

💥 OEM Integration is a premium product and requires a separate license. Please contact your Account Manager for more information on premium product licenses or reach out to Customer Support at [email protected] or call 888.836.6269.

Fault Codes are reported for assets with an active OEM Integration (if supported by the OEM). Fault Codes are codes used to identify malfunctions in heavy equipment. These codes flag issues with vehicles or equipment and help the shop to understand and diagnose problems.

Permission Requirements: All users with OEM integrations enabled in their account are able to view Fault Codes.

Important! The Maintenance premium product is not required to view Fault Codes. However, only users with the Maintenance premium will be able to create Maintenance Requests from reported Fault Codes.
