Project Management Integration: PROCORE Instructions

Integration Initial Setup Instructions

This integration from Tenna to the daily log in Procore allows your project managers to see equipment information quickly and easily with what site it was on and hours utilized on the site. Tenna has created an app to be installed into Procore that utilizes the new Tenna DMSA platform, you simply need to follow the following instructions in Procore to add the Tenna app.

Step 1. Search for Tenna in the Procore App Marketplace

Step 2. On the Tenna page in the Procore App Marketplace, select the orange "Install App" button in the top, right corner.

Step 3. In the Install App pop-up, select the orange "Install" button.

Step 4. The screen will say "Installation Successful" once the install is complete.

Step 5. An "Add Permitted Projects" screen will then pop up.  Select all projects you wish to integrate with Tenna from the drop-down arrow.

Once you have added all projects, select the checkbox for "Automatically add these permissions to all new projects" and then select the orange "Add" button in the bottom right of the screen.

Step 5. On the "Create Configuration" screen, select your projects again and select BOTH "Global Projects Config" and "Company Level Config" checkboxes.

Type "Tenna" in the Title window.  Select "Create" in the bottom right of the screen. The setup process in Procore is complete.

Step 7. Login to Tenna.

Select "Settings" in the upper right corner.

Step 8. Select the "Integrations" on the right side.

Step 9. Select Project Management.

Step 10. Find the Procore tile and select "Get Started"

Step 11. You will receive a response to ensure you have completed the above steps in Procore before you proceed. Select Continue.

Step 12. Enter your Procore Company ID(s) and select "Submit".

Step 13. Make desired changes to settings, then select "Update Settings".

This page allows you to update company id(s) and asks for your desired configuration.  The first checkbox will always be checked, since Tenna will always report assets that logged site utilization. The second  check mark allows you to select which trackers will report if present on a site with no utilization, including the non-powered assets.

Step 14. Now, navigate back to Settings.

Step 15. Select the Configurations tile. Select Utilization.

Step 16. If you have an OEM integration active, you can add the equipment from the OEM integration into the Procore daily log.  Enable this by selecting the “AEMP Configuration” toggle.

All done!  Your Procore Integration with Tenna is complete.
