Data Mapping
PROCORE Project Mapping
PROCORE Projects are detected from Tenna Sites via an automated process that users cannot override.
- First Match: The integration looks for a Tenna site with the exact same Project/Site Number as the PROCORE project.
- Second Match: If no number match is found, it looks for a Tenna site with the exact same Project/Site Name.
- No Match: If neither is found, the PROCORE project is skipped for that run.
Tenna Asset to PROCORE Equipment Mapping

Tenna Asset to PROCORE Equipment Status Mapping
Tenna allows multiple statuses to be applied whereas PROCORE does not. As such, we will need to ensure appropriate mapping and priorities. You cannot add new status “type” values, these are limited on the PROCORE side.

Data Written to the Daily Log
For each asset, an entry is created/updated in the project's Daily Log Equipment Log.

Important! Daily Logs must be unapproved in PROCORE for entries to be written. The integration skips approved/read-only logs without failure.
