How to Edit a User, Contact or Company (Desktop)

What: How to edit existing Users, Contacts and Companies in Settings

Who: Power Users and Users with Settings Permissions that allow for management of Users, Contacts and Companies. 

NOTE:

Editing a user, contact or company can only be done in Tenna on a desktop, not in the Tenna App.

You can edit Users, Contacts and Companies all in the same Settings > Users feature. 

Step 1. Select the Settings button in the top right corner of your Tenna screen. Select the Users tab. 

Step 2. On the right side of your screen, select which type of listing you would like to edit. 

Select either User, Contact or Company. 

This will bring up a list of all existing Users, Contacts or Companies. 

Step 3. Select the "eye" icon next to the listing you would like to edit. 

Step 3. Select "Edit User/Contact/Company" at the top of your screen. 

Step 4. This will bring you to the Information form, where you can edit all information pertaining to the User, Contact or Company you selected. 

You will see a Success pop up.
