How to Create a Fuel Entry (App)

What: Users are able to create a fuel entry for an asset directly from the field when adding fuel to an asset. This data also feeds into the Fuel Report in the online version of the Tenna platform.

Please see Fuel Consumption Report (Desktop) for more details.

Who: Users with Fuel Entry permission have the ability to create a new fuel entry.

NOTE:

Fuel Entry is only available for users with the Fuel license enabled.

If you would like to learn more about adding additional licenses, please contact Tenna!

NOTE:

A fuel entry can only be created in the Tenna App, not in Tenna on a desktop.

1

From the dashboard, click on the search icon on the bottom of the screen.

Select Assets.

Use the search bar to help find the asset you are looking for and click on that asset to view the Asset Details page.

Refer to How to Search, View and Filter Assets (App) for further details.

On the Asset Details page, scroll to the Fuel tab.

On the Fuel page, you can view the fuel type, tank size, and fuel entries (grouped by date) for that asset.
