TennaCAM 2.0 Heavy Equipment

TennaCAM 2.0 + TennaCANbus offers 360° view for operators!

Paired with a monitor and additional auxiliary cameras around the machine, TennaCAM 2.0 Heavy Equipment provides visibility to the operator and live footage of the surrounding area on active jobsites.

SMS Dispatch

Communicate Dispatch Events with crews , partners, subcontractors, and outside service providers easily via text message.

• Optional add-on to Resource Management
• Typically for non-Tenna users that don’t have access to the mobile app or a smart phone
• Message are sent to selected users from a third-party messaging service

  • New buttons for create Time Card or Time Entry in the Tenna App create menu.

Schedule

• New Drag & Drop or Drag & Extend Actions
  • Drag & Drop an event to a different date to edit it
  • Drag & Extend to change an event’s start/end dates and times

• Now filter by Asset’s Organization

Dispatch Events

• Include Crew/Laborer in Asset Tasks
  • Example: build an Asset Task for a Dump Truck and pre-assign the driver
• Include Asset/Reservation in Labor and Crew Tasks
  • Example: built a Task for your Paving Crew and include the assets they would need like a paver, roller, etc.

• Prefill address of the Asset when changing Site of items
  • Tenna will populate the asset’s current location for the Dispatcher and for the driver or laborer in the field so they have up to date information at their fingertips

• Search by driver’s position title

• Attach general documents or images to all types of Dispatch Events (Asset Task, Dispatch Delivery, and Labor Task)

• New Scheduled Request Notification
  • Warn relevant users that approved (scheduled) request for an asset, laborer or crew is coming to an end tomorrow.
  • Great reminder for Project Managers or Superintendents who need to extend their events for specific assets or crews to meet their schedule
  • Includes Requested Start and End Dates, Asset Details, Site Requested For, Location, Requestor and Approver details
  • Options to Edit Request or Request Again
  • Note: Any requests that are 48 hours or less will not receive this notification.

Trips, Cycles and Location History

• New “Download All Pings” option: Download list of all pings for individual trips for record keeping and/or compliance reasons.
  • Includes date, time, latitude and longitude, address (if available), speed (if applicable), and event data (if applicable)

• New Get Address popover allows you to easily click to get the approximate address for a location on the map. Available on several pages:
  • Trackers / Tracker Status - Last Tracker Location
  • Reports / Starts & Stops - Location
  • Assets / Details / Fuel Consumption – Start Location
  • Assets / Details / Fuel Consumption – End Location
