Key Enhancements

Maintenance

• Export Percentage Remaining, Complete or Overdue in Preventative Maintenance
  • Upcoming fields added to the export: Percent Remaining, Percent Complete, Service Due At
  • Open fields added to export: Percent Overdue, Service Triggered At

• Create Work Orders without Maintenance Requests
  • Maintenance Requests section is now Optional
  • Users can create a Work Order without Maintenance Requests and add Maintenance Requests later if desired

• Backdate Work Orders to assist with real-world workflows and corrections
  • Backdate "Scheduled Start" and "Scheduled End" for Work Orders and Mechanic Schedules
  • Backdate “Completed Date"
    • If the WO is reopened, the "Completed Date" can be updated again, and the system will re-auto-generate it if left blank.

Safety & Compliance + Maps

• Show/Hide Camera Feed in Master Map
  • Asset popover detail will display “Show Camera Feed” for relevant asset and tracker types
  • Clicking “Show Camera Feed” opens the live stream window on the map
  • Includes access to all available channels and audio

Tenna App Enhancements

Maintenance

• Create Work Orders without Maintenance Requests
  • Within Create Work Order (Step 4: Add Maintenance Request), the "Create Work Order" action can be selected without adding or creating a Maintenance Request
  • You can add or remove maintenance request at any time by Editing the Work Order

• Backdate Work Orders
  • You can now set the work order schedule to days in the past
  • This applies to the Scheduled Start, Scheduled End fields, as well as any assigned mechanic schedules
  • Permissioned users can edit the schedule of existing Work Orders at any time via Edit

• Edit Completed Date on Work Orders
  • Once a Work Order has a status of "Completed" the "Completed Date" will be displayed on the Work Order Details
  • This field is pre-populated with the date/time the WO reached "Completed Status", but permissioned users can change this date-time via Edit Work Order

• Edit Asset Labels from Maintenance Request & Work Order Details
  • Asset labels can now be updated within Maintenance Request and Work Orders so assets can be updated on the fly.
  • Tap on the info icon next to the asset, tap on the labels or select on the asset, then select edit.
  • You can add or remove any asset labels, select apply.

Action QR

• Action QR filter for Asset list
  • Inventory Part Action prompt now includes access to the Catalog Part Details
    • Tap on the catalog part on the action prompt to go directly to the catalog part details
  • New Action QR Filter for Asset list
    • Tap on the Action QR filter within Tags to view all assets with an Action QR

Resource Management

• Dispatch Events allow for multiple photo uploads
  • You can now attach up to 5 photos at a time to dispatch event itinerary items
  • Select Add Photo, choose from your library / gallery, select and upload up to 5 photos
  • This enhancement applies to all dispatch event types: Delivery, Asset Task, and Labor Task

Dashboard

• New Widget: Global Search
  • The new Global Search dashboard widget allows for immediate access to the global search for assets, sites, and categories
  • Start searching in just one tap
  • Remove or move the widget within Manage Dashboard
  • Your global search settings are applied to this search

Trackers

• Tracker Warranty, Carrier, Offline Reasons now included in Tracker Status
  • When a tracker is still under warranty, an icon will be displayed next to the name. Tap on this icon to view when the warranty ends.
  • When a tracker is offline, tap on "Offline Reasons" to review troubleshooting tips
  • New Carrier field for applicable trackers

Mechanic Time Cards

• Payroll Company field on Create Time Entry
  • You can now specify a Payroll company while creating Time Entries on the Tenna Mobile App
  • Tap into the field within Time Entry form to add a payroll company to the entry.
