"My Favorites" Report List
New functionality to specify a report as a favorite. This can be done from the All Reports list or the Report Viewer page.
Within the Reports Page, there is a new tab “My Favorites” where a user can navigate to see only the reports they have set. The new tab has the ability to be pinned to set as a new default when arriving on the Reports page.
Bulk Remove Labels from Assets
Users now have the ability to remove labels in bulk from their assets via the Asset List. The bulk Remove Labels option can be found in the bulk action menu. This is also available in the “Site Details > Asset List View”.
Example:
Companies often use a "Called Off" label to indicate when an asset is ready for removal from a site. Once the dispatcher schedules the move, they can bulk-remove specific labels to keep everyone informed on the asset’s status and needs.
Resource Management Enhancements
New Notification for Updates to Requests
These notifications ensure that all relevant parties stay informed about project schedule changes in real time, eliminating the need for follow-up calls, emails, or texts.
When project delays occur, users can update the scheduled request start date, automatically triggering a notification to the dispatch coordinator. This alert informs them that a previously scheduled move is no longer needed, prompting them to adjust the driver’s schedule accordingly and preventing unnecessary or premature deliveries.
If a user updates any of the following fields when a Request is Pending Approval, a notification will be sent to the Requestor, any "Recipients to Notify" that are listed, Field Approver (if applicable), and Approved By (Shop Approver):
- Start Date
- End Date
- Start Time
- End Time
- Priority
- Notes
- Site Requested for
- Requested Location
If the user updates any of the fields noted above or the following fields after the request is approved, a notification will be sent to the Requestor, any "Recipients to Notify" that are listed, Field Approver (if applicable), and Approved By (Shop Approver):
- Site Requested for
- Requested Location
Clone Requests
Single and multiple requests can be cloned. This copies the requested entities into a new request form. Users will be prompted to define the following points in bulk via a modal:
- Start Date
- End Date
- Start Time
- End Time
- Priority
- Notes
- Site Requested for
- Requested Location
Cloning Requests streamlines batch creation for project supervisors working with the same Crews or Resources. Instead of starting from scratch, they can clone a previous batch and quickly update key details like dates, times, site, location, priority, and notes.
The same applies to extending request durations. Rather than modifying each request individually, a site supervisor can select the relevant requests, clone them, and specify the extension period in a matter of seconds.
Laborer and Crew Bulk Actions
Permissioned users can now perform the following bulk actions in Laborer and Crew Management:
- Transfer
- Re-Categorize
- Delete
- Add Labels
- Remove Labels
The Bulk options are also available in the “Site Details > Laborer List View”
Standard Users Can Edit Requests
Users without approval permissions can now edit their own requests until the first level of approval, eliminating the need for others to make changes on their behalf. This enhancement gives them autonomy to refine their requests, ensuring no details are lost. Instead of canceling and resubmitting a request—risking the loss of important communication points—users can now update their needs seamlessly.
