Offline Inspections + DVIR

• You may now complete Inspections and DVIRs in Offline Mode!
• The Tenna App automatically enters Offline Mode when internet connection is lost, or it can be manually activated from the Offline Settings in the More Menu. 
• A revamped Offline Mode allows for Inspections & DVIR completion offline; your work is saved locally and queued for upload once back online.
• Download forms, assets, and sites for offline use; create inspections or DVIRs using saved assets, or manually enter asset fleet no.
• Offline work uploads automatically when online. You can track upload status, errors, and manually entered fleet matches in the Offline Summary.

Trips Enhancements

Trip Events vs. Violations

• New toggle on Map View

New Trip Event: Hard Cornering

• Detects sideways G-force
• Tracker will report events >= 0.3 Gs
• Scorecard thresholds can be created for higher levels of G-force with different priorities.

Updated Trip Event Icons on Tenna App

• Updated trip event icons in trip details shows the location the event occurred.
• Trip details can be viewed within the Asset Details / Trips or Cycles tab (depending on category)
• The trip and each event are displayed on the map. Trip details, including the event name and when it occurred are listed below.

Enhanced Scorecard Beta

What to expect with Beta access

• If you currently have Scorecard:
  • Current scorecard events will continue to be created.
  • Current scorecards can be accessed from notification links.
  • New Scorecard screens will be available, yet not fully turned on.
  • New Scorecard Templates can be configured.  
  • Daily, weekly, and monthly scorecard notifications will continue to be sent out until new Scorecard functionality is fully released on Monday, 4/21.
• If you do not currently have Scorecard:
  • Contact your account manager about acquiring the Safety & Compliance license.

Tenna App Enhanced Scorecard Beta

• New scorecard pages allow you to review, manage, and coach, bringing the full power of the scorecard feature to your pocket.
• New Dashboard widget displays your 3 most recent scorecards
• Access your scorecards by tapping "My Scorecards" in the user section of the more menu.
• Permissioned users can access all scorecards via "All Scorecards" in the Safety & Compliance section of the More Menu.

Maintenance Enhancements

View in Map

• Users can now select “View in Map” from Maintenance Requests, Work Orders, and Preventative Maintenance grids
• Why it matters:
  • Map View provides geographical visualization and helps locate the nearest asset, share address, etc.
  • Grid View is ideal for bulk actions and quick list management.
• Available for:
  • Maintenance Requests
  • Preventative Maintenance   
  • Work Orders
• The Map View dynamically updates to show all relevant assets based on the filtered maintenance table data, not just the current page.
• Displays both Static and Live Assets as well as individual Assets and Clusters (excludes Sites and Geofences).
• Provides clear asset counts for:
  • Open or Completed Maintenance Requests → Maintenance Requests
  • Upcoming Preventative Maintenance → Services
  • Work Orders → Work Orders
• Pop-up window content pulls real-time data from the corresponding maintenance tables based on the selected asset.
• User can:
  • View Asset

Tenna App: View in Map

• When at least one filter or search is applied to your list, the "View in Map" action will display.  
• Selecting "View in Map" will show the location of each asset that was associated to the maintenance in your list.
• Tap on the asset to get more details, including the count of maintenance items associated to the asset
• Select "View List" to return to the list

Master Map Enhancements

Site Number Display on Master Map

• Users can now enable Site Number visibility on the Master Map
• Off by default, but easily toggled on when needed
• Helps quickly identify and differentiate sites at a glance

Other Tenna App Enhancements

Live Stream TennaCAM 2.0 Video from Asset Details

• Video feed from the asset's TennaCAM 2.0 tracker can be streamed live from the Asset Details/Location tab
• When the asset is Live, select the video feed icon on the map to get a live feed of the camera.
• You can change the camera view by changing the source below the feed.

Asset Assignee contact info added to Map View

• Quickly access and contact an assets assignee via the Map View.
• Select an asset on the Map, then tap on the Assignee to display their contact information.
• You can select their email or phone number to quickly contact using your device directly from the map.

Resolve Associated Preventative Maintenance Requests when Work Order is Completed

• Quickly resolve Maintenance Requests from the same Service through Work Order Completion
• When a Maintenance Request is Completed through a Work Order, you'll be presented with any other "Pending" Maintenance Requests that were initiated by the same services.
• Select the related Maintenance Requests you want to Resolve and select "Resolve".
• Select "Skip" to take no additional action on the related maintenance requests.
