Key Enhancements
TennaCAM 2.0 Camera Health Status Icon
New icon to easily identify TennaCAM 2.0 health issues!
Shown on Asset Details and Tracker Details pages.
The icon indicates that the asset’s TennaCAM 2.0 is either offline or experiencing a health issue (like black screen detected, etc.). This icon does NOT indicate the health of the associated TennaFLEET or TennaCANbus tracker (which is indicated by the green/online or red/offline indicator next to the camera health icon).
SSO + Craft Provisioning
Allows for Multiple SSO IDPs and Password Logins for a Single Account. Easily provision craft and field personnel who do not have a company email/account.
Why This Matters: Particularly helpful for provision craft, field, seasonal, etc. users who do not have a company account or email, nor access to your company’s SSO, to gain access to Tenna.

TennaCAM 2.0 AI Enhancement
Improvements have been made to the TennaCAM 2.0 artificial intelligence algorithm for Seatbelt Detection, leading to better performance in challenging conditions common to the construction industry, like low lighting, use of reflective vests, etc.
Scorecard Enhancements
- Export All Scorecards: Download a CSV or Excel copy of your Scorecards
- History Log: View any changes, including who made the changes and when, to a Scorecard in the Scorecard Template and Scorecard Details Page History Log
- Bulk Remove Assets from Template: Quickly remove multiple assets from a Scorecard Template using the bulk remove option.
Pro Tip! Utilize the filters within the Remove Assets window to quickly narrow down to the types of assets you would like to remove.

- New Trip Events and Threshold Types: Users now have the ability to create Scorecard thresholds for the following new trip events:
- Camera Obstructed: Detects if the cabin facing camera does not detect a driver (e.g. is blocked or pointed away from the cabin view) while the vehicle is in a trip.
- Driver Event / Button Press: Created by pressing on the ‘Driver Button’ on the camera unit. Ideal to capture safety events, site incidents, or other video you need to immediately upload to the cloud.
- High G-Force: Detects high G-force (a sudden shift) using the camera’s accelerometer. Configurable sensitivity.
- Tenna App: Manual Score Adjustment
- New "Manually Adjust Score" action allows you to add or subtract points from the score.
- Tap on Scorecard Actions, select Manually Adjust Score, then add or subtract points and add notes on the reasoning for the score adjustment
- The manual adjustments are displayed in the scoring breakdown of the scorecard.
- Tenna App: Display Change in Score in Scorecard Details
- Track weekly progress at a glance
- Easily see how this week’s score stacks up against last week. The scorecard now highlights changes—like “Up 56 points” or “Down 10 points”—directly beneath the score.
- Tenna App: Date Range Navigator in Scorecard Details
- Jump between weeks of the same driver scorecard with ease
- Tap the arrows to view past or upcoming scores for the same user and template.
- Tenna App: Transfer Violations or Bonuses to other users from the Tenna Mobile App.
- Tenna Mobile users can now transfer violations or bonuses from one driver to another
- From the Bonus / Violation details, Tap on the actions button, select Transfer, then select and confirm the user you're transferring to.
- Tenna will automatically add the event to the applicable scorecard for the user.
- Tenna App: Scorecard Template Selector
- Seamlessly toggle between scorecard templates
- Easily switch between scorecard templates for the same user and date range. Compare different scoring criteria without losing your place.
- Tap the template name to browse and select other templates for the same week.
Tenna App: Tracker Installation Enhancement
- Upload Photos from Mobile Device during Tracker Installation
- Users may now upload a previously taken photo to the installation flow in the Tenna App
- Why This Matters: The installer can take the appropriate photos throughout the installation process and upload from their library without having to re-open the machine after installation.
- Save Installation Photos to Asset Photos
- Users may now save photos captured during installation to the asset photos
- Select the "Save to Asset" photos check box to save a copy of the photo to the Asset.
Pro Tip! Have the installer take photos of the VIN, license plate, and other important aspects of the asset during installation for access when away from the asset at a later date.
Tenna App: Find Nearest and Share Location
- Find the Nearest Asset or Driver/Operator to a Site or Asset from the Map View
- When viewing an Asset or Site on the map, select "Find Nearest" for a list of the nearest assets or assignees
- Tap on an asset / driver / operator, then select other recipients and add notes.
Pro Tip! The list will automatically populate the asset’s assignee first.
- Why This Matters: If you have an asset that needs repair, you can tap on Find Nearest to identify the closest mechanic and easily send them the exact location.
- If sharing a Site, you can share the site address or its pin location (lat,long).
