How to View All, Edit, or Delete Fuel Entries (Desktop)
The All Fuel Entries grid includes any fuel entries created for an asset, from the Tenna App or other sources, like the WEX integration. The grid also includes flags for any suspicious fuel activity, like fuel tank exceeded. This article shows how to access the grid and details about the information included.
Permission Requirements:
- Power Users and users with the View Fuel Entries & Report permission enabled may view the Fuel Consumption Report and fuel details for an asset.
- Power Users and users with the Fuel Entry (Manage Fuel Entries) permission enabled may edit or delete fuel entries.

All Fuel Entries Grid Overview
The All Fuel Entries grid includes fuel entries across your entire organization. It will also include entries from active fuel integrations, like WEX.

⚠️ Suspicious Activity Flags are shown in the first column to indicate something suspicious about the fuel entry, like the Fuel Tank Size Exceeded. This helps you to identify potential fraudulent entries.
Columns in the All Fuel Entries Grid include:
- General Asset Info: Fleet No, Asset Name, Asset Category and Subcategories, Org Level and Sublevels, Serial No/VIN, and Designation
- Hours/Miles at Fueling
- Fuel Entry Date & Time
- Fuel Grade
- Gallons
- Unit Cost (Per Gallon)
- Extended Cost
- Fueled By
- Fueler Org and Sublevels
- Fuel Entry Details
- Entry Location
- Fuel Entry Site
- Fuel Site No
- Fuel Site Org and Sublevels
- Fuel Entry Source
- External Source Details: These fields will populate if the fuel entry was created from a fuel integration, like WEX.
- External Transaction ID
- External Asset ID
- External Asset Name
- External VIN
- External Fueler Employee ID
- External Fueler First Name
- External Fueler Last Name
- External Site Number
- External Site Name
How to Edit or Delete Fuel Entries
To edit a Fuel Entry, click the pencil icon next to it.

Note: WEX entries cannot be edited. Only manually entered Fuel Entries can be edited.
To clear a Suspicious Activity flag, click the dotted icon. Then, select Clear Suspicion.

To delete a Fuel Entry, click the trash icon next to it.

Note: If it has an active Suspicious Activity flag, click the dotted icon and then select delete.
