How to Create a Custom Report (TennaU Power Users)

Custom reports allow TennaU Power users to extract user activity data from TennaU . These reports can be viewed upon creation and sent to specific users at a scheduled day and time.

Permission Requirements: Users must be set as a "Power User" in TennaU to access "My Team". Contact your account manager to have this feature enabled.

How to Create a Custom Report

Click the "Data and Analytics Menu" from the lefthand menu, then click "Reports".

Click the "Custom Reports Builder" tab.

Click "Create Report".

Select the report type from the menu, then click "Next".

Name your report and add a quick description (optional). Then click "Create and Edit".

Click the "Schedule" tab to set a regular schedule for the report (if applicable) and add the recipients of the report, then click "Save Changes".

Click the "Preview" tab to preview the report or click "Export" to view the entire report in an XLS or CSV.
