How to Void or Transfer Scorecard Violations: Supervisors (Desktop)
There may be events where drivers/operators may operate a vehicle or piece of equipment assigned to another driver/operator. In these cases, any violations committed by these drivers/operators would appear on the Scorecard of the driver/operator assigned to the vehicle/equipment. You have the ability to correct and reconcile a Scorecard to remove any false violations and/or transfer them to the appropriate driver/operator.

Supervisors may edit a Scorecard by voiding or transferring a violation to another Scorecard.
Permissions
To edit Scorecards, Supervisors must have the Manage Scorecards permission turned ON.
How to Void a Scorecard

- Select "Safety & Compliance" on the left-hand navigation bar.

- Click the "All Scorecard Events" tile.

- Click the dotted icon for the Scorecard you'd like to void.

- Select "Void".

- A prompt will appear asking if you're sure you'd like to Void the violation, click "Void Violation".
How to Transfer a Scorecard

- Select "Safety & Compliance" from the left-hand navigation bar.

- Click the "All Scorecard Events" tile.

- Click the dotted icon for the Scorecard you'd like to transfer.

- Select "Transfer".
- 5
- Select the user you'd like to transfer the Scorecard to from the dropdown menu.

- Click "Transfer Violation".
