How to Create and Manage Scorecard Templates
Scorecard templates are comprised of Thresholds, Coaching Rules, Assigned Assets, and Auto-Assignment Rules. An account may have multiple scorecard templates depending on the needs of the organization and asset categorization.

Permissions
To manage Scorecards and scorecard templates, users must have the Manage Scorecards and Manage Scorecard Templates permissions turned ON.

How to Create a Scorecard Template

- Click "Settings" on the top right of the global navigation page.

- Click "Safety & Compliance".

- Select "Scorecard Templates".
- 4
- Click "Create Scorecard Template".

- Create a template by clicking either"Blank Template" to start with a completely new template, or "Clone Template" to copy an existing template.
Note: If you choose to clone an existing template, all thresholds and coaching rules from the selected template will be copied and pre-populated on the screen, but those thresholds and coaching rules can be edited.

- Fill out the name and description for the template you are creating, then click "Continue".

- Select the Threshold Types that will be used for this template.

- Create a name for the threshold, priority (Low, Medium, High, or Critical), number of points that will be deducted, and maximum points per scorecard.

- Select recipients to notify and select whether to auto-request TennaCAM video and the number of seconds around the event (if applicable).

- Click "Create Threshold".

- Continue this process to complete the Scorecard Template.

- Enter any coaching rules for the template by clicking "Create Coaching Rule".
Note: Coaching Rules can only be created after the first Threshold has been created.
Name the coaching rule, add conditions to the coaching rule, and select any recipients to notify, then click "Create Coaching Rule".

- Once the template is completed click "Assign Assets".
Assign assets by either Category, Organization, by Category & Organization, or by individual asset; then click "Add Selected Assets to Template".

- Once assets have been assigned to the template, click "Set Assignement Rules".
Note: If you select options from "By Category" or "By Organization", or "By Category & Organization" when assigning an asset, you will be prompted to create an assignment rule. These rules ensure newly created or modified assets are automatically assigned to the template in the future.
How to Edit a Scorecard Template

- Click "Settings" at the top right of the Global Navigation page.

- Click "Safety & Compliance".

- Click the dotted icon for the template you'd like to edit.

- Edit the details of the Scorecard Template.
How to Deactivate a Scorecard Template

- Click "Settings" at the top right of the Global Navigation Page.

- Click "Safety & Compliance".
- 3
- Click the dotted icon for the template you'd like to Deactivate.

- Click "Deactivate".

- A prompt will appear asking if you'd like to deactivate the template, click "Yes, Deactivate".
Note: If you deactivate a template that has assets associated with it, the assets will no longer use thresholds on the next trip.
Important! Deactivating a Scorecard Template is temporarily turning off scoring, not deleting.
How to Delete a Scorecard Template

- Click "Settings" at the top right of the Global Navigation Page.

- Click "Safety & Compliance".

- Click the dotted icon for the template you'd like to Delete.

- Select "Delete".
- 5
- A prompt will appear asking if you'd like to delete the Scorecard Template, click "Yes, Delete Template".
Note: A different prompt will appear if assets are assigned to the template you are trying to delete. All assigned assets must be removed from a template before it can be deleted.
