How to Configure Geofence Alerts (Desktop)
Users can configure geofence entry and exit alerts for each geofence on each site to identify activity that may indicate theft during specified time frames.
Unlike other notifications, geofence alerts are established at each individual geofence level.
Geofence alerts are very flexible, allowing you to create multiple alerts for each site around entry, exit, and specific asset categories so you are notified of geofence breach activity at the desired times.
Permission Requirements:
- Users with the Edit/Update Geofences permissions may create and configure geofence alerts.
- Users that are set as recipients in an alert will receive the alert notification when a geofence event is triggered.
NOTE: Geofence alerts can only be created in Tenna on a desktop, not in the Tenna App.
