How to Access TennaCAM Footage (Desktop)
What: After the TennaCAM captures video footage of on-road safety incidents or events, you can access the footage from your safety camera dashboard in your Tenna account.
Who: In accounts with the "Safety & Compliance" license, users with "TennaCAM videos" permission turned on may access safety camera footage.
NOTE: These instructions are for accessing footage for the original TennaCAM. If you have a TennaCAM 2.0 installed, view How to Access TennaCAM 2.0 Footage for instructions.
Step 1: Select "Safety & Compliance" on the left side navigation.
Step 2: Select the "TennaCam" block from the middle of your screen.
Step 3. Select "SAFETYCAM" from the header row.
Step 4. Use the "Filter" feature on the left side of the screen to narrow your search parameters.
- You can filter by vehicle, time period, or event type.
Step 5. Once you have narrowed your search, select the video you would like to view by clicking the “play” button on the video.
Step 6. Click the "play" button on the bottom left side of the video to play the video.
- Depending on your camera setup, you may or may not have sound, and you may see one or two videos:
- Outward facing towards the front of the vehicle.
- Inward facing towards the driver.
- If you have two videos, you can toggle which video is the bigger video on the left side screen by clicking the toggle arrows on the upper left side of the smaller video.
- To exit a video screen and return to the list of your assets and videos, click the "X" on the upper left of the larger video.
