How to Configure IFTA for Your Assets (Desktop)

💥 IFTA requires a separate license. Please contact your Account Manager for more information on licenses or reach out to Customer Support at [email protected] or call 888.836.6269.

An asset must be configured as IFTA-compliant to show up on an IFTA report.

Permission Requirements: Users with the "Add Asset" permission can mark an asset as IFTA-compliant when adding a new asset. Users with the "Edit/Update Asset" permission can edit an existing asset to mark it as IFTA-compliant.

NOTE: Configuring IFTA for your assets can only be done in Tenna on a desktop, not in the Tenna App.

Important! IFTA miles and Travel Summary Mileage are two separate calculations and will not match exactly; IFTA will show less mileage than the travel summary because off-road mileage is excluded from IFTA. For more information on Travel Summary Mileage see Travel Summary Report.
