TennaCAM 2.0 Settings Options (Standard, Alternate and Custom)
TennaCAM 2.0 has various configurations available to best suit your needs.
The Standard Settings are how the TennaCAM 2.0 Fleet camera comes for maximum efficiency, storage and data use. If your needs require more than "standard" options, there are various Alternate Settings profiles.
The Custom Settings profile is required for certain use cases, including installation of the TennaCAM 2.0 Heavy Equipment system. The Custom Settings profile is also available to customers with more unique needs. Learn more below and contact your Customer Account Manager for next steps.
NOTE: Settings will apply to all cameras on your account unless you choose the Custom Settings option.

NOTE:
- All cameras include a 128GB rugged SD memory card.
- Chosen settings apply to all cameras in an account.
- Events of 0.3G forces or greater will generate harsh braking and harsh acceleration videos in your Tenna dashboard (TennaCAM 2.0 Fleet only)
- All cameras are set to US/Eastern time zone. Call Customer Success to adjust time zone.
- Videos are stored for 12 months.
Standard Settings
For TennaCAM 2.0 Fleet cameras only
Best For: Maximizes storage and data use for videos as well as the efficiency of the camera’s key features and safety options.
Not For: Those only interested in road facing events or who want to avoid capturing liability evidence of in-cabin driver behavior.
Alt Settings 1: Forward Facing Only
For TennaCAM 2.0 Fleet cameras only
Best For: Protects against liabilities from accidents and other driving events without recording in-cabin behaviors.
Not For: Coaching, alerting, or capturing driver-facing behavior.
Alt Settings 2: Forward Facing + Coaching
For TennaCAM 2.0 Fleet cameras only
Best For: Protects against liabilities from accidents and other driving events without recording in-cabin behaviors. Adds in-cabin alerts for safety.
Not For: Capturing video of in-cabin driver behavior.
Alt Settings 3: Dual Facing
For TennaCAM 2.0 Fleet cameras only
Best For: Liability protection with videos captured inside and outside the vehicle. Does not alert driver to behaviors at time of events.
Not For: Instant coaching alerts when driver-facing AI events are detected in the cabin.
Alt Settings 4: Dual Facing + Coaching
For TennaCAM 2.0 Fleet cameras only
Best For: Liability protection with videos captured inside and outside the vehicle. Real-time coaching with in-cabin alerts plus video.
Not For: Capturing audio recordings from the vehicle.
Alt Settings 5: Dual Facing + Coaching and Audio
For TennaCAM 2.0 Fleet cameras only
Best For: Videos captured inside and outside the vehicle plus audio recordings. Real-time coaching with in-cabin alerts plus video. The most comprehensive setting for capturing everything.
Not For: Videos captured inside and outside the vehicle plus audio recordings. Real-time coaching with in-cabin alerts plus video. All settings from Alt Settings 4 plus audio recording.
Custom Settings
The Custom Settings profile is required for the following:
- To install TennaCAM 2.0 Auxiliary options (like rear or side facing cameras)
- To install TennaCAM 2.0 Heavy Equipment camera system
- Enabling Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) road-facing artificial intelligence for TennaCAM 2.0 Fleet cameras
- Enabling Driver Management System (DMS) Seatbelt and Smoking monitoring for TennaCAM 2.0 Fleet Cameras
NOTE: Two hours of Custom Settings training is required to implement the Custom Settings option on your account.
Choose different profiles for each camera.
Apply a single profile to multiple cameras. Change the profile on a camera for different job sites. Combinations of Custom Settings are unlimited. You have the ability to create and save multiple combinations and apply to groups of assets as you see fit.
