Key Enhancements

Custom Inspections

Submit Inspections on your Desktop!

For situations where your inspectors do not have access to a mobile device or for use cases where a custom inspection form is best submitted from the desktop, you are able to complete any inspection form in the browser.

• Find "Start Inspection" under the Create quick menu or on the Inspection Reports page
• Upload photos and capture notes
• Sign using cursor on the screen

Request Inspections for Delivery Dispatch Events

Now you can add Inspections which you wish to be completed at delivery of an Asset (Itinerary item). Mobile users can either select a submitted Inspection Report or complete a new Inspection to meet the requirement. Completed inspections will appear on the Dispatch under each Asset delivery. Any inspection items that are marked as failed will automatically create maintenance requests and notify the appropriate users (requires Maintenance license to be enabled).  

Maintenance

Removing a Maintenance Request from a Work Order now resets status to “Pending”

If you've built a Work Order with multiple Maintenance Requests and decide to remove one, the Maintenance Request will automatically revert to a “Pending” status.

This allows for the Maintenance Request to be either declined, resolved, or added to another Work Order.

Preventative Maintenance and Maintenance Requests Grids now include a column for the Asset’s Organization.

Resource Management

New! Asset Labels

Use colored asset labels to categorize and identify assets. You can now see and edit Asset Labels from all key pages such as Asset List, Map View, Requests, and others. Also added a new Labels filter for any of your custom labels (up to 10 color-coded labels) in several pages.

Asset Details Page now includes a Schedule view tab

Easily access your asset’s exclusive Schedule conveniently from Asset Details page. This gives great insight into asset activity and what it may be scheduled for in the future.

Leverage the Schedule and all its views (Week view, 2-week Look ahead, Month, Quarter, etc.) within Asset Details. Click on the Schedule tab and change between the Calendar view (legacy) and the Schedule views.

Prefill Address when Selecting Sites in Dispatch Events

Once the Scheduled Site is chosen, the address of the chosen site will populate in the Scheduled Destination field automatically.

Dispatch Queue now includes Save View and Current Location column

Dispatch Board Cards now have new Actions!

Conveniently create Dispatch Deliveries and Asset Tasks directly from the Asset Cards. Also, create Labor Tasks directly from the Labor Cards.

Enhanced Google Address input bar for Create Site form

Easily find addresses, ensure accuracy and prefill for better efficiency!

• The address field has been condensed to one line
• Searches and pre-populates with Google addresses
• Populates Boundary map to create Default Geofence

Searching on Work Orders has been enhanced to include search by Vista generated work order number

Applicable to customers with the Vista ERP integration and Vista Work Order integration licenses.
