Parts Requests

Parts Requests Details Page: Improved view to easily see all the details of a Parts Request in one page.

Parts Request Bulk Actions Bar: Bulk actions bar located throughout the Parts Requests feature: Mark as Fulfilled, Fulfill Remaining Requests, and Allocate Parts.

Easily add existing Part Requests to new or existing Work Orders or Maintenance Requests from the Parts Request Grid.

• Bulk select multiple Parts Requests and select Allocate Parts in the bulk actions bar
• Automatically filter for existing work orders or maintenance requests for the specific asset in the Parts Request

Mechanic Time Cards

Bulk Actions Bar: Conveniently access the quick bulk actions bar in the My Time Cards and Team Time cards grids.

Fix failed check items on Work Orders or Maintenance Requests

Quickly mark items as “fixed” from a failed inspection once the related Maintenance Request or Work Order is resolved.

• Streamline your maintenance workflow when it includes items added from a failed inspection.

Resource Management

Customize the layout of your columns and save your view for easier access of Request Lists, Dispatch Queue, and Dispatch Events.

Tenna App Enhancements

Parts Requests

Parts Requests can now be created, viewed, and managed on the Tenna App

• Create a Part Request from scratch from either the Create button or the list page
• View all and itemized Part Requests from the More page
• Tap on a Part Request to manage the request via the details page
• Tap on Request Actions to either edit request details or request additional parts

Adjust Part Inventory upon fulfillment of a request

Upon fulfilling a part request you can directly add the parts to your inventory. Close the loop with your Parts department or Shop Manager by updating inventory for the parts being received.

1. When an itemized request is "Fulfilled", a modal will provide the option to adjust part inventory.
2. Directly add inventory to the part, the location and quantity requested will be automatically populated.

New! Parts tab in Asset Details

View the parts that have been used by an asset across its life in the Parts tab within Asset Details

• View, Search, and Filter all active and removed parts associated with the asset
• Tap on a part to view the asset part record for the following
  • Association Date
  • Association Miles/Hours
  • Part Life
  • Transaction Details
  • Warranty Information

Parts Barcode Scanner

Barcodes on parts can now be scanned and assigned to Catalog Parts for streamlined access.

1. Tap on the barcode icon within the Parts Catalog search bar to access the Barcode Scanner
2. Scan the Part
3. New barcodes can be directly assigned to a catalog part
4. Once assigned, scanning the barcode will provide immediate access to its catalog details

Barcodes can be also Assigned & Unassigned from the Catalog Part Detail Page.

1. Tap on the quantity of Barcodes or on "Part Actions"
2. Scan the barcode you intend to assign or unassign

Maintenance

Field users can now acknowledge Maintenance Requests from the Tenna App.

Effortlessly close the loop with the field by acknowledging Maintenance Requests and automatically notifying the requestor that their issue has been received

• “Acknowledge” is located in the "Manage" actions of the Maintenance Request detail page
• Reporter of the maintenance issue will be automatically notified with the details of who acknowledged their request

View and Edit asset Miles / Hours at the creation and completion of maintenance.

Keep accurate records of the Hours and/or Miles of the assets you are completing maintenance for—Tenna will populate these automatically when creating and completing Maintenance Requests and Work Orders

• Tap the info icon within the asset header to view the asset hours / miles
• These fields will automatically populate and can be edited by permissioned users
• There is also additional information on the asset and direct access to Asset Details

Failed check items can be "Fixed" upon completion or resolution of their related Maintenance Requests.

When an MR is Resolved or Completed (via Work Order), you can also "Fix" the failed check items in the inspection that generated the request.

More Labels in more places! Expanded Labels functionality allows you to easily label, view, and filter from the field.

Mechanic Time Cards

Make Mechanic Time capture easier with smart hours worked calculations and default time types.

• Hours will automatically be calculated based on your entered start and end time.
• Time Types will be automatically populated with your default time type for all users except those with special permissions.
  • Show/Hide Time Type selection via the “Time Type Selection” permission
