- New Asset Properties now included in Asset Side Panel.
- Dimensions are now conveniently displayed within the asset side panel.
- Quickly access critical mobilization specs and dimensions directly from the asset side panel in our new views.
- Find Nearest and Share Address in Master Map
- Quickly find and share the nearest asset or Driver/Operator (via the asset assignee) directly from the map. Some common examples include:
- Quickly find the nearest ‘Mechanic Truck’ from an Excavator that is Down and needs immediate repair. Then, easily send that mechanic the exact location of the asset and its information so they can map themselves to it.
- Get the exact coordinates of a large jobsites with a click and share it via email or push notification with your field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, or anyone.
- Easily share relevant addresses with other users
- Add custom notes to the notification for greater clarity
- Quickly share site address or job coordinates from the map
- Larger Attachments now supported for PM Services, Assets, Sites, Settings, Parts, Timecards, and Dispatch (up to 20 MB)

Safety & Compliance
- Complete Inspections on Disposed Assets
- Disposed assets can now be selected for inspection.
- The entire list of custom inspection forms is available to submit for disposed assets.
Note: DVIRs cannot be completed for disposed assets.
- Capture voice memo for failed inspection items.
- Show or hide this option per inspection item.
- Recorded audio shows as an attachment that can be played in mobile and desktop apps.
Note: Available only for custom inspection forms.
- Allow Inspection Re-Submitters to also Recertify
- The user who re-submitted an inspection is now able to recertify the inspection.
- When the person who re-submitted is the same as the person who is attempting to recertify, the user is prompted for confirmation.
- E.g. a travelling mechanic fixed the issue on the truck and then recertified it as being safe and in compliance.
- Recertify signature is still captured.
Maintenance
- Assign Vista Repair Cost Codes to PM Services
- Specify an existing cost code as a repair cost code when PM Services are created under Settings and view it under Upcoming Preventative Maintenance Services.
- When Tenna generates a maintenance request from a Preventative Maintenance Service, the service's specified "Vista Repair Cost Code" is applied to the Maintenance Request's "Vista Repair Cost Code."
Note: Requires Vista Work Order Integration.
- Specify Default Request Type in PM Services
- When Tenna generates a maintenance request from a Preventative Maintenance Service, the service's specified "Request Type" is applied to the Maintenance Request.
- Users can also view Request Type field and filter under Preventative Maintenance.
- Percentage Remaining, Complete, or Overdue in Preventative Maintenance
- Choose to display either “Percent Remaining” or “Percent Complete” in the PM Upcoming Grid.
- Choose to display “Percent Overdue” as numeric value in PM Open Grid.
- Can filter by these values

Safety & Compliance
