How to View My Schedule (App)

The following article covers how to view "My Schedule" on the Tenna App which shows all events that are relevant to the current user.

Permission Requirements:

  • Users with the Dispatch Queue and Events permission enabled can view Dispatch Events.
  • Users with the View Work Orders permission can view work orders.

My Schedule Events Overview

The following events are shown in My Schedule on the Tenna App for the user who is signed in.

  • Schedule Requests: If the current user is a Requestor, Member of the Requested Crew, or the Requested Laborer
  • Pending Requests: If the current user is the Requestor
  • Dispatch Events
    • Deliveries: If the current user is the Driver
    • Asset Tasks: If the current user is the Assignee of the added asset
    • Labor Resource Tasks: If the current user is a member of an added Crew, or an added Laborer
  • Maintenance: If the current user was assigned a mechanic on the Work Order

How to View My Schedule

From the Tenna App home page, select the More icon on the bottom right.

Tap My Schedule at the top of the More menu.

Tap on an event to open My Schedule actions.

Tap to take actions as necessary.

The following actions are available for each event type:

Pending Requests:

  • View Request
  • Go to End Date
  • View Requested Location

Scheduled Request:

  • View Request
  • View Asset Details
  • Go to End Date
  • View Requested Location

Dispatch Events

  • View Dispatch Event
  • View Start or End Location

Maintenance

  • View Work Order
  • View Asset Details
  • Email or Call Approver

My Schedule: Views and Settings

Tap the Day, Week, or Month tab at the top of the screen to toggle between views.

Tap Today at the bottom right to go to Today.

Tap Settings at the bottom left of the screen to customize your schedule settings.

  • Select a Default View: Day, Week or Month
  • Select a Temperature Unit
  • Select to show or hide data points: Event Type in Title, Event Start & End Date, Site, and Created By
  • Select to show or hide events: Scheduled Requests, Pending Requests, Dispatch Events, Maintenance
