Gearflow Integration

Tenna’s new integration with Gearflow sends any new Part Requests from Tenna immediately into Gearflow. Tenna checks Gearflow every 10 minutes for any “fulfilled” line items, which updates the status and fulfilled quantity in Tenna.

Every new Part Request in Tenna is added to Gearflow.

Any Fulfilled Statuses and Quantities for Part Requests in Gearflow are updated in Tenna.

TennaCAM 2.0 Fleet Installation in Tenna App

New steps have been added to the installation process in the Tenna App for TennaCAM 2.0 Fleet camera systems.

• We match proper Advanced Driver Assistance System (road-facing AI) measurements to your submitted VIN to make it a seamless step in the Tenna App! Measurements are automatically applied for ADAS uses.
• When choosing Auxiliary Camera packages, additional camera sources are automatically enabled to allow the installer to see if any auxiliary cameras were installed properly.

TennaBLE SP2 Road Plate Installs

Keep track of your road plates! Tenna now supports TennaBLE SP2 installations on 1-inch road plates.

• Extreme durability for on or off-road use​
• Save money on costly replacement for left behind, buried, or lost plates​
• Info on Location, Alerts/Notifications, Reporting​

Geofences and Security Perimeters

Introducing overlapping Geofence levels and Security Perimeters!

• Geofences can now overlap with Geofence Levels 1-6 (but not with the same level).

• New! Security Perimeters (formerly known as Fences) can be created as many times as you want and overlap each other and other Geofences.
  • Security Perimeter Enter/Exit alerts can also be configured – separate from the Geofence Enter/Exit alerts.

• In the Tenna App, too! All Map Views in the Tenna App now display all Geofence levels and Security Perimeters.

Global Search Results include Site No.

🦸 Another Customer-Requested Enhancement! Results in the Global Search bar now include Site No.

Edit Action added to Asset List View

Easily access the Edit Asset form directly from the Asset list.

Odometer Reading added to Download All Pings Report

🦸 Another Customer-Requested Enhancement! The asset’s odometer reading is now included for every ping in the Download All Pings report within the Asset Details Trips tab.

🦸 Another Customer-Requested Enhancement! You may now configure a custom legal disclaimer to be shown, and allow acknowledgement, at the bottom of every Time Card.

Enhanced Alerts

🦸 Another Customer-Requested Enhancement! Alerts are now stacked when you receive multiple at a time in the Maintenance feature. We also increased the duration that the alert is shown on screen.

Added Max Stock Quantity to Low Inventory Notification

🦸 Another Customer-Requested Enhancement! The Global Part Inventory is Low notification now includes the Max Stock Quantity.

Why This Matters: This speeds up the re-order process.

Resource Management

General Requests Support Same Category Multiple Times

🦸 Another Customer-Requested Enhancement! You may now add the same category multiple times for general requests. This is helpful for requesting a Rental that does not have a category yet, or requesting a new Laborer profile, or submitting multiple requests for consumables or materials.

Safety & Compliance

“No Media Available” Video Card

The Video Card View on the All Scorecard Event page will now distinguish between pending videos and events that will not have a snapshot or video.

“No Media Available” means the event was not configured to capture a video or snapshot. Footage would need to be specifically requested for that event.

New Filters for All Scorecard Events

Users may now filter by Asset Organization and Assignee Organization in the All Scorecard Events page.

Tenna App

Permission Check added to DVIR Inspection

When a DVIR inspection is completed in the Tenna App, users with the “Edit Asset Assignee” permission enabled will have the option to assign or un-assign themselves to the asset.

Users without the permission enabled will be automatically assigned to the asset. They will not have the option to un-assign.

Edit Catalog Part Photo

🦸 Another Customer-Requested Enhancement! You may now add or edit the photo of a Catalog Part in the Tenna App.

Search by Category

🦸 Another Customer-Requested Enhancement! The option to search by Category has been added to the Asset and Labor Request screens, as well as the Create Asset screen.

Live Trip Preview now available in Tenna App

🦸 Another Customer-Requested Enhancement! The Asset Details page in the Tenna App now supports Live Trip Preview. Users can hide or show the Live Trip Path, as well as see the duration of the current trip.

Share Address of Asset now includes Serial No

🦸 Another Customer-Requested Enhancement! When a user elects to Share Address of an asset via text message, the asset’s Serial No will now be included for improved identification.

Site Details include Site Pin and Site Address

🦸 Another Customer-Requested Enhancement! Users can now view and share the Site Pin and Site Address from Site Details.

Create a Part Request from Work Order Details

🦸 Another Customer-Requested Enhancement! Users can tap the Add button at the bottom of Work Order Details to quickly create a part Request.

Input Transaction Data in Part Inventory Actions

Users can now input transaction data when Adding, Transferring, or Subtracting inventory in the Tenna App. Tapping on "Show More" will display the full list of transaction input fields that can now be entered for all inventory part transactions.
