How to Configure Utilization Percentage Threshold (Desktop)

What: When configuring your Utilization percentages, you can set your utilization thresholds so that asset utilization calculations fit your company's needs. Utilization below this value would be considered “Low” which you will see at the asset level and within the Utilization feature for assets and projects. If/when an asset’s or site’s utilization drops below this threshold these utilization rates will appear in red.

Who:  Power Users and Tenna Admins

NOTE:

Utilization is calculated for assets with cellular GPS trackers used to monitor miles or engine hours.

NOTE:

Utilization thresholds can only be configured on a desktop, not in the Tenna App.

Select "Settings" on the top right of your screen.

Select the "Configurations" tab.

Select "Utilization" on the right of your screen.

Adjust the Low Utilization Threshold Mark field to fit your company's needs.

NOTE:

The default value is 35%.

Select "Update".
