How to Accept Your Invitation to Tenna
Your Power User will invite every individual user to Tenna. This article covers how to accept that invitation and log in for the first time.
Permission Requirements: All Users have the ability to accept their individual invitations.

- Check for your Tenna invite.
If you were signed up with your email address, you will receive an email invitation from Tenna <[email protected]>.
NOTE: Check your junk or spam folder if you don't find the email in your inbox.
If you were signed up with your mobile phone number, you will receive a text message invitation.

- Open the invitation and log in.
Email Invitation:
- Select the Sign In Here button in the invitation email.
- Enter your email address as your username.
- Enter your temporary password provided in the email invitation.
Mobile/Text Message Invitation:
- Select the link in the text message.
- Enter your mobile phone number as your Username.
- Enter your temporary password provided in the text message invitation.
NOTE: The temporary password will expire after 30 days. If your temporary password has expired, ask your Power User to re-send the invitation.

- Create your new password.
Once you have logged in for the first time using your temporary password, you will be prompted to create a new password.
Important! Make sure your password meets the following requirements:
- A minimum of 8 characters
- Shorter than 255 characters
- Have at least 1 lowercase character
- Have at least 1 uppercase character
- Have at least 1 number
- Have at least 1 special character
