New Products

Premium Product! Asset Activity

Asset Activity is a new license that unlocks advanced reports that provide valuable insights into the activities of assets based on date ranges, locations, types of actions, and more.

With Asset Activity reports, it is easier to spot patterns, analyze trends, and make better decisions based on activity across multiple job sites. Asset Activity includes the Travel Summary Report and Starts & Stops Report.

Travel Summary Report

The Travel Summary report makes it easy to review all activities that occurred in a specific timeframe. This report presents the user with a carefully selected inventory of assets that were in use on a particular date, along with a carefully selected inventory of assets that were in use on a particular date, along with data that summarizes their activity. Use the Travel Summary report to verify performance and reduce costs that result from prolonged periods of inactivity.

Starts & Stops Report

More than idling —detailed reporting on all trip activities to understand and identify wasted time. The Starts & Stops report provides the user with a list of events in a specific date range, with data summarizing asset activity. Use the Starts & Stops report to identify unplanned destinations, validate performance data, and reduce costs related to idling, time-wasting, non-business detours, and more.

Sunbelt Rentals Integration

Our newest rental integration allows Tenna to continue to provide the best visibility for our customers managing mixed fleets of owned/rental assets.

  • See owned and rental asset data together
  • Eliminate multiple systems
  • Gain a better understanding of use across sites, types of equipment, and more
  • Improved financial decision making

Easily map the Sunbelt rental integration to assets. Once connected, assets will display: location updates, hours, fuel, idling, and other standard AEMP data points.

Asset API Integration

Call the API to retrieve asset data in compliance with AEMP standards

Tenna’s Asset API follows the ISO/TS 15143-3 standard, which was promoted and established by AEMP, and provides a way for Tenna customers to call the API* to retrieve the most important and up to date asset data. It is designed to allow different makes and models of construction equipment to share data to external systems, such as Tenna’s platform and Tenna’s integrations with other systems.

*Must meet authentication requirements and abide by provided usage guidelines

TennaCAM 2.0 Auxiliary and Side Cameras

Using rear and side monitoring cameras is on the rise. Between theft, rising fuel prices, and the increasing need for more efficiency, rear and side cameras to monitor loads and actions are gaining popularity. Some uses include:

  • Better accident reconstruction: Video footage covering every angle around a vehicle can absolve fleets of liability in the event of an accident.
  • Theft and improper use: Obtain evidence of unauthorized use and deter theft.
  • Increased efficiency: Check load size to maximize capacity and cut down on extra dispatch trips.
  • Quality Control: Review video footage to determine if loading/unloading practices caused damage to equipment or supplies.

Custom Inspections

"Inspection Submitted Away from the Asset" Notification

In addition to the map callout on the Inspection Report, we have added notifications when an inspection is submitted away from the asset's report location.

The notification triggers when the Inspector's location is greater than 1/4 mile from the Asset's reported location. The notification includes Inspector's name, date of submission, asset details, asset location at time of inspection, Inspector's location at time of inspection, and tracker details.

Recertify Fixed Items on a Failed Inspection (Tenna and Tenna Mobile App)

After an inspection is resubmitted, subsequent Drivers or Inspectors now have the option to "recertify" the fixed items from the previously failed inspection report, both in Tenna desktop and Mobile App.

  • Optional! The next inspector/driver will be prompted when they begin a new inspection, but they can skip this step if they do not want to recertify.
  • Recertifier name and date/time will populate on the Inspection Details and the Inspection Reports grid.
