How to Configure Company Time Zone (Desktop)
This article shows you how to select a time zone for the entire company account. The account time zone plays into the way an asset's active hours are grouped into days and applied to Utilization Rules and Site Overrides, which can change which day utilization appears on and when new settings start affecting results.
Note: Users can configure their own time zones in their profile. View How to Create Users and Contacts for more information.
Permission Requirements: Power Users or users with the "Configurations" permission can edit the company time zone.
Effective March 6, 2026, Work Hours Per Day is configured within Utilization Rules. View How to Configure Utilization Rules for more information.

- Click Settings, then the Configurations tab.

- Click the General tab.
Click the drop-down under Timezone.

Options include Eastern, Pacific, Mountain, Central, and Hawaii timezones.
Note: The default for all accounts is Eastern.
