How to Remove, Delete, or Re-Associate Action QRs
This article gives instructions for physically removing an Action QR from an asset. Also, how to delete and/or change the action (re-associate) for an Action QR already installed to an asset.

How to Physically Remove an Action QR Label
Important! Action QR labels are designed to adhere permanently. Removing a label from the asset will render it unusable.
Follow the instructions in How to Physically Un-Install a Tracker for details on how to remove your Action QR label or tag based on your installation method (label, VHB tape, screws, epoxy, etc.)
How to Delete an Action QR
These instructions are for deleting the Action QR from the asset in the Tenna App. This will un-associate the Action QR from the asset.

- From the Tenna App homepage, click on the search icon on the bottom of the screen.

- Click on "Assets".

- Search for and select the asset on which the Action QR is/was installed.

- On the Asset Details Page, click Action QRs.

- Click the Action QR you would like to delete.

- Click Delete.
How to Re-Associate an Action QR
These instructions are for changing the action associated with an Action QR that is already installed to an asset.

- Delete the Action QR in the Tenna App.
Follow the instructions for deleting the Action QR.

- Re-associate the Action QR with a new action.
Once the Action QR has been deleted, it can be treated as a new Action QR! To re-associate with a new action, follow the instructions for Associating an Action QR.
