What to Do Before Going into Offline Mode (App)

This article shows how to save/download needed items, like assets, sites, inspection forms, or maintenance forms, prior to going offline.

The Tenna App's offline mode is helpful for users that are working in remote locations that may have spotty or no cellular service or internet connection. Offline mode allows users to perform vital tasks in the field, even without connection, and automatically upload the tasks details upon re-established connection.

There are various steps that need to be taken prior to losing connection to help the user complete tasks in the field.

Pro Tip! Once you go into offline mode on the Tenna App, you cannot access any assets, sites or forms that have not been saved. Saving these items essentially downloads the data to the Tenna App so that the task can be performed offline.
