TennaAInsights BETA gives fleet, equipment, and dispatch teams fast answers from your Tenna reporting data. Ask questions to surface utilization trends, locate assets, check schedules, and turn signals into simple, actionable guidance your crews can use right away.

Integrations API

The Integrations API lets you securely push data into Tenna—assets, jobs, assignments, usage, and more—so your external systems and workflows stay in sync without manual imports. It’s built for operational updates at scale with predictable performance and clear guardrails.

Open API Enhancement

Retrieve Soft Deleted Time Cards and Time Entries

✅ Released May 8, 2026

We've added a new "include_deleted" query parameter to two public API endpoints, giving you more control over your data retrieval:

GET /external/v1/timecards
GET /external/v1/time-entries

Why it matters:

If your organization uses the Tenna API to sync timecard or time entry data with external systems, you can now detect and account for records that were deleted in Tenna - enabling more accurate auditing, reconciliation, and reporting in your downstream workflows.

Things to know:

• This is a read-only enhancement. Deleted records can be retrieved but not restored via the API.
• The "include_deleted" parameter is only supported on the two endpoints listed above.
• If omitted or set to "false", the API behaves exactly as before - no action is required on your part.

Dispatch Command Center

✅ Released May 15, 2026

Dispatch Command Center is out of BETA and ready for all customers with the Resource Management license. With Master View, Dispatch Delivery, and New! Asset Task and Labor Task modes - delivering a faster, more reliable experience for dispatchers and field teams at scale.

• Real‑time map and status refresh for more accurate ETAs and asset locations.
• Bulk actions for rescheduling and reassigning jobs in a single step.

Tenna App Enhancements

Asset Details Refresh

A cleaner, faster Asset Details page that puts the right info up front—grouped sections for basics, usage (hours/miles), and location—so field crews can quickly confirm they’ve got the right equipment, see recent run time, and know exactly where it is before they roll.

Hours/Miles now includes log of manual updates to the asset’s hours and miles.

Updated grouping functionality and management. Create and manage asset grouping from the asset details / location tab.

Part Quantity Manual Entry

You can now type part quantities directly into the quantity field instead of only tapping the +/– buttons one unit at a time. This makes it much faster and easier to enter larger or exact quantities when adding, transferring, subtracting, or requesting parts across the Tenna App.
