Custom Labels

Configure custom label sets for Assets, Parts, Time Cards, and Time Entries:

• Assign unique names and colors to each label
• Control label visibility by activating or deactivating
• Determine the order in which labels appear in dropdown menus

Tenna’s ELD powered by Gorilla Safety enables contractors to maintain the regulatory compliance they need for on road travel as an extension of their equipment management processes performed in Tenna. Now extended to TennaCANbus trackers!

This report reflects fuel entries by date across an entire account’s list of assets.

Includes for each consumption event:

Assign Asset to Site without Tracker

Manually transfer an Asset without a tracker to a Site

Tenna App Enhancements

Maintenance + Parts

Parts can now be requested within Work Orders and Maintenance Requests

• Tap new "Requested Parts" button to view the requested parts for the MR or WO
• Requests a part while adding it to the Work Order OR tap on the new part action menu to request
• Tap on a requested part to get details on the request and edit, fulfill, or cancel the request.

Parts

View Catalog and Inventory Part Details

• Tap on a Catalog Part to view the details on the part, including any assigned labels
  • The inventory locations tab shows all locations inventorying that part
  • Select an inventory location to view the details of the part at that location
• Tap on an Inventory Part to view details specific to that location, including current qty and specific stocking information
  • Tap on Part Actions to Transfer, Add, or Subtract from the inventory.

Resource Management

Dispatch Event Attachments

View photos and files attached by the creator of the Dispatch Event

• Helpful for photos relating to the event
• Tap on the info icon adjacent to the dispatch title to view the attachments

Request Priority

• Assign, Filter by, and View priority of requests.

Safety & Compliance

Inspection Resubmitter may now also Recertify

• Now the same user can complete the DVIR, certify the appropriate repairs were made, and recertify the vehicle for safe operation.
  • Once all failed items have "Fixed" outcome, the user can resubmit the inspection to "Pass". Then, the inspection can be recertified by tapping the "Recertify Inspection" action button.

“Assign to Me” for Inspections / DVIR

You can now assign yourself to assets you inspect.

• DVIRs – Assign Trailers to Me
  • Enabling this will assign you to any trailers you've inspected.
  • Currently you are automatically assigned to the vehicle upon submitting the inspection.
• Inspections – Assign Asset to Me
  • Enabling this on will make you the assignee of the asset when you submit the inspection

Miscellaneous

• New Asset Labels: View one or more labels on the asset
  • Useful for labeling assets with your custom operational status, notes, or other relevant information.
    • Examples include "Down" or "Waiting for Parts"
  • Tap on labels to view the full list of labels on the asset
  • Within Asset details, select "Edit" from the label list to add or remove labels on the asset
    • If there are no labels on the asset, select "+ Add Label"
  • Labels on the asset are also displayed in the following locations:
    • Create Asset Request
    • Asset Request Details
    • Asset info in Master Map
