Weekly TennaCAM 2.0 Camera Health Report (Desktop)
The Weekly TennaCAM 2.0 Health Report provides a summary of all TennaCAM 2.0’s for the user’s account, including any that may need attention. The report is a weekly email or message that can be subscribed to by your account users. This article shows how to subscribe to the report and gives an overview of the report features.
Permission Requirements: Users with the Settings > Configurations permission enabled can add or remove users to the subscription list.
Report Overview
- Notification Type: Email or Message Board
- Frequency: Weekly; Every Friday at 3 pm (in user’s configured time zone)
- The notification includes a link to view the full Tracker Status Report.
- Summary
- Total number of cameras for the account
- Total number of cameras with issues for the account
- Detail Report: Includes details on any cameras with issues, including timestamps.
- Possible Issues:
- Black Screen for Channel 1 (road-facing) or Channel 2 (driver-facing)
- Tracker and Camera timestamps are incongruent (meaning camera is offline but tracker is showing the asset has completed a trip)

How to Subscribe to the Report

- Select "Settings" in the top right navigation menu.

- Select the "Configurations" > "Notifications" tabs.
Scroll down to find the Weekly TennaCAM 2.0 Camera Health Report.

- Click "View Recipients".

- Select desired recipients from the list of users.
Selected recipients will show a check mark next to their name.
Note: This list only includes Tenna account users. The list does not include account Contacts.
Pro Tip! Utilize the search bar to quickly find users.

- Click outside of the pop-up window to save your changes.
You will see a total number of recipients next to the View Recipients button.
How to Un-Subscribe from the Report
To remove recipients, click View Recipients. Click on the names to remove the check mark and thus, remove from the recipients list.
