Safety & Compliance Permissions, Notifications, and Configurations Overview
The Safety & Compliance Permissions, Notifications, and Configurations are settings that must be set up properly so that the Safety & Compliance feature flows efficiently and effortlessly for your organization. The following will review all available Safety & Compliance permissions, notifications, and configurations, as well as best practices for setting them up for your company.

Permission Requirements:
- Power Users may access and edit all permissions, notifications and configurations.
- Users with the “Manage Permissions” permission enabled may configure Safety & Compliance permissions and notifications.
- Users with the “Manage Configurations” permission enabled may edit Safety & Compliance configurations.

Important! The below notifications must be enabled, in addition to the recommended permissions above, so that the appropriate users receive real time updates.

A failed inspection was resolved. This means that a user went into an inspection report, marked failed items as "fixed", and resubmitted the inspection. |

Inspection Labels
Custom labels can be utilized in various ways for inspections. The examples below show some best practices for creating and applying labels to inspections. View Custom Labels Overview and Setup for more information.

Scorecard Templates
Scorecard templates are a structured framework used to evaluate driver performance. Templates can be customized to align with different types of assets and driving habits, providing a consistent approach to performance monitoring and improvement.

Violation Rules
Violation rules allow you to manage how speeding violations are handled on your scorecards. You can create rules to either override the speed limit on specific road segments or void violations entirely; helping you account for real-world conditions like construction zones or private roads.

TennaCAM 2.0
The TennaCAM 2.0 settings control if a video is automatically requested for each of the tracker event types. Enable the events you'd like to be automatically requested as well as the duration of each event.
