Configurations Overview
The Configurations screen allows you to customize default thresholds for your entire account.
Permission Requirements: Users with the "Configurations" permission are able to access this tab.
Click on "Settings" on the top right side and then click on the "Configurations" tab to view the Configurations screen.
The following sections are found in “Configurations” and allow you to customize your Tenna platform to fit your company’s needs. The sections shown are dependent on the active licenses on the account.
Working Hours
On this screen, you can capture the business hours and time zone during which your company typically works.

Utilization
On this screen, you can configure your utilization thresholds so that asset utilization calculations fit your company's needs.
Tenna users who have purchased an OEM integration license also have the ability to capture site utilization for assets with OEM integrations and TennaIN AEMP trackers.

Labels
On this screen, labels can be customized to configure with your company needs. These labels are attached to assets in your account.

Fuel

On this screen, you can create and manage your account fuel grade and their costs.

Maintenance
💥 Maintenance is a premium product and requires a separate license. Please contact your Account Manager for more information on premium product licenses or reach out to Customer Support at [email protected] or call 888.836.6269.
On this screen, you can add and modify maintenance labels to your preference which are available in the “type” dropdown list when creating a maintenance request. You also have the ability to select the specific areas of maintenance where these types should appear.
The Work Order Title number can also be customized on this screen.

Resource Management

On this screen, you can set the default settings for requests of assets or labor resources created by dragging cards on the Dispatch Board. You also have the ability to select what fields or attachments are required for a user to complete a dispatch event or task.

Requests

On this screen, you can configure the days to expiration and expiration rule for requests to conform with your company needs.

Notifications
On this screen, you can review and update the default values and units specified for each notification based on your company's preferences.

Stop Events
💥 Starts and Stops Report is part of the Asset Activity premium product and requires a separate license. Please contact your Account Manager for more information on premium product licenses or reach out to Customer Support at [email protected] or call 888.836.6269.
On this screen, you can create, edit, and delete stop event thresholds to conform with your company preferences.

Mechanic Time Cards

On this screen, you can edit when time cards will start and end as well as any rules associated with the time cards.

TennaCAM 2.0

NOTE: The TennaCAM 2.0 tab is only visible if the account has an integration with Rosco.
On this screen, you can manage if video is automatically requested for each of the listed tracker event types.
